Warranty and Certifications

Warranty

TCI guarantees its products for 36 months from the manufacture date stated on the product label. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, if any. This warranty does not cover any defects and/or damages due to improper use or use not compliant with the installation and operating instructions. If the products are opened or tampered with, this warranty will be wholly invalid.

Notice: in compliance with the regulations in force, TCI retains the right to make technical an/or dimensional changes to improve the product performance and features without any prior notice. All dimensions are in mm, unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the above 36 months standard warranty, TCI provides its customers with an extended warranty, according to the following conditions:

10 YEARS WARRANTY, 5% FAILURE RATE

The above condition is valid for max. 13h/day operation, according to all technical information and lifetime stated in the product datasheet.

7 YEARS WARRANTY, 3% FAILURE RATE

The above condition is valid for max. 19h/day operation, according to all technical information and lifetime stated in the product datasheet.

Legislative warranty claims are not affected by the above terms and are to be considered independently valid.

Moreover, under the conditions detailed in TCI catalogue, all our products do comply with the article 153 of the Treaty establishing the European Community as far as it concerns the DECENNIAL LIABILITY OF THE PRODUCER.

Certifications

Thanks to the high quality standard of its production processes, TCI obtained the ISO 9001 certification in 1995 and later the ISO 14001. Since 2006 the Standards and Approvals Department of TCI does tests under WMT IECEE and SMT IECEE on all our products to ensure that they comply with all the most severe international standards as it concerns safety, performance and EMC and to obtain the relevant certifications. Based on ISO/IEC 17025, the implemented procedure is recognised by several European and Extra-European approval bodies such as DEKRA, VDE, UL, JET-PSE, SAA, CQC, SEMKO, NEMKO ecc.

All products are manufactured in compliance with European Directives (2014/35/UE, 2006/95/CE, 2014/30/UE, 2004/108/CE, 2009/125/CE) as reported in the UE conformity declaration.

All products are manufactured in compliance with European Directives (2011/65/UE) as reported in the CE declaration.
